It is rewarding to see an individual’s progress first-hand. Being able to teach someone proper technique, form and a healthy mindset and give them the tools to grow as an athlete or individual are just some of the reasons I enjoy about being a coach. I love that I can use my knowledge and passion for health and fitness to be a positive influence on others.
