Stride

Optimizing body position and movement patterns can lead to better results, or determine whether you win or lose a race.  STRIDE is our dedicated curriculum for runners at all levels looking to improve their running mechanics.  During this course you will learn and practice the most modern and efficient techniques so you will perform better, increase your durability so you can go longer and harder, and perhaps most important, have more fun.
