What I love most about coaching at Comal Active is helping athletes/ customers realize their potential and ability. Through the accomplishments and successes athletes have doing CrossFit, you can teach people to doubt their own personal doubts and go after things they thought were too hard or challenging to accomplish. Nothing beats the look on an athlete’s face when they do something they thought was too hard or impossible.
